Do you want to feel the impact you do when working as a Cloud Infrastructure and Security Engineer? 🤩

Talenthub is a scaleup company driven by data - do you want to join the journey? 📈

What we do:

We provide a SaaS platform which aims to help our clients improve their recruitment flows by collecting and analyzing data from candidates in their hiring process. Inside the Talenthub platform, customers can track and follow their performance and gain valuable insights about how job seekers experience their recruitment process.

  • Working closely with Legal to handle security & compliance related questions & concerns from leads/customers
  • Educate employees on data compliance requirements & practices
  • Draft new and amend existing internal security & data protection policies, guidelines, and procedures.

We are a small team in a period of high expansion/growth so you can expect to have a large influence on the way that we all work going forward. We empower you as a professional where you will be able to use your skills and grow and learn.

In order to do so, we think you have these competencies:

  • Github actions.

When it comes to new projects or tools we're quite open to testing out new technologies as needed and are always excited to have a nice chat about what we can do to be better! 🤩

The scaleup environment:

Being a scaleup, we try to make the most out of each person's individual strengths and abilities. This means that we won't have your entire development plan and long-term list of tasks mapped out from the very beginning. Instead, we try to hire smart people with various skill-sets and adapt their work to where they can do the most good.

What now?

To apply for the job, you click the apply button and share your link to upload your CV. As you probably can imagine, candidate experience is very high on our agenda, so we genuinely want you to have a great recruitment process. We know that candidates are spending around 3 hours writing a cover letter, and we also know that most recruiters are having a difficult time on how to value the cover letter in the recruitment process. That's not fair!

Therefore we do something else. As mentioned before, we ask candidates to complete a personality profile assessment to see how your personality fits into the team's synergy. When you click the apply button you will be asked to fill out your name, email and upload your CV. Here you also need to access a link to complete a PI personal profile. It takes around 10 minutes. When you have completed the profile you will receive a feedback report in your inbox 💪
