What we do
We provide a SaaS platform which aims to help our clients improve their recruitment flows by collecting and analyzing data from candidates in their hiring process. Inside the Talenthub platform, customers can track and follow their performance and gain valuable insights about how job seekers experience their recruitment process.
What you will be doing
You’ll be a key hire for us in order to take Talenthub to the next level. You work directly with our Candidate Experience Product. In more specific you will:

Being a scaleup, we try to make the most out of each person's individual strengths and abilities. This means that we won't have your entire development plan and long-term list of tasks mapped out from the very beginning. Instead, we try to hire smart people with various skill-sets and adapt their work to where they can do the most good.
What now?

As you probably can imagine, candidate experience is very high on our agenda, so we genuinely want you to have a great recruitment process. We know that candidates are spending around 3 hours writing a cover letter, and we also know that most recruiters are having a difficult time on how to value the cover letter in the recruitment process. That's not fair!
Therefore we do something else. As mentioned before, we ask candidates to complete a personality profile assessment to see how your personality fits into the team's synergy. When you click the apply button you will be asked to fill out your name, email and upload your CV. Here you also need to access a link to complete a PI personal profile. It takes around 10 minutes. When you have completed the profile you will receive a feedback report in your inbox 💪
