What we do

We provide a SaaS platform which aims to help our clients improve their recruitment flows by collecting and analyzing data from candidates in their hiring process. Inside the Talenthub platform, customers can track and follow their performance and gain valuable insights about how job seekers experience their recruitment process.

What you will be doing

You’ll be a key hire for us in order to take Talenthub to the next level. You work directly with our Candidate Experience Product. In more specific you will:

• Help product team create a scalable and well-performing product
• Design, write, test, refactor and review code
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the product
• Take ownership of technical aspects new products or features
• Support, onboard and mentor new team members
• Work with stakeholders to come up with technical solutions which meet business requirements with performance, scalability and maintainability in mind
• Research, evaluate and integrate new technologies or solutions that may improve the product or how we work.

In order to do so, we think you have these competencies

• Willingness to learn new methods / tools / processes
• Mentorship/Team lead experience
• Ability to prioritize and work independently while keeping stakeholders in the loop
• Good knowledge of integration, regression, performance and penetration testing best practices
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of:
  • Common software architecture and design patterns
  • Javascript (Vue, Webpack)
  • PHP (Laravel)
  • CSS/SASS/SCSS
  • Git
  • Database/Storage technologies like MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL & Redis
  • Virtualization/Container technologies such as Virtualbox & Docker.

Bonus would be experience with

• DevOps and CI/CD
• Selenium
• Jenkins
• Amazon Web Services
• Bash
• Linux
• Github actions
• Wordpress

When it comes to new projects or tools, we're quite open to testing out new technologies as needed and are always excited to have a nice chat about what we can do to be better! 🤩

Being a scaleup, we try to make the most out of each person's individual strengths and abilities. This means that we won't have your entire development plan and long-term list of tasks mapped out from the very beginning. Instead, we try to hire smart people with various skill-sets and adapt their work to where they can do the most good.

Therefore we do something else. As mentioned before, we ask candidates to complete a personality profile assessment to see how your personality fits into the team's synergy. When you have completed the profile you will receive a feedback report in your inbox 💪
