Team Lead, Sales Development

What you will be doing: 💪

You’ll enter an exciting time here at Talenthub meaning that you’ll be a Team Lead for 2 Sales Developer’s at the moment but will build and grow our Sales Development machine even further. This means to:

  • Identify and build best practices processes, ways of working, etc. within Sales Development 
  • Provide hands-on training and coaching (Boot Camps, Weekly sessions, etc.), plus leading and developing dedicated Sales Development individuals
  • Be and take responsibility for your team is performing on KPI’s and provide Head of Sales with quarterly performance reviews
  • Qualify leads and set our sales team up for success
  • Be on the phone yourself as well to show the good example
  • Be heavily involved in recruiting of your new team members.

This role requires a self-starting, proactive, results-oriented individual who will create that wild and crazy cold calling atmosphere around the office. Furthermore, we see you come with these competencies:

  • Extensive experience of Outreach sequencing strategy (bonus if for a SaaS enterprise product)
  • Proven track record within Sales Development yourself
  • Top-notch people skills. Be able to connect with stakeholders in seconds
  • Competitive by nature
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience as a SDR/BDR Team Lead or the aspirations to be.

We have big ambitions here at Talenthub.io and we believe that finding the perfect match for every open position is very important to reach our goals. We know that candidates on average spend around 3 hours writing a cover letter, and we also know that most recruiters have a difficult time figuring out how to value the cover letter in the recruitment process. That's not fair!

Therefore we do something else. As mentioned before, we ask candidates to complete a personality profile assessment to see how your personality fits into the team's synergy. When you click the apply button you will be asked to fill out your name, email and upload your CV. Here you also need to access a link to complete a PI personal profile. It takes around 10 minutes. When you have completed the profile you will receive a feedback report in your inbox.

We are looking for a person who can join the office most days, to be a part of the team culture. But we are open for you to work from home some days a week if that fits your schedule better.
