At Talenthub.io, we strive to make the recruitment process better for everyone! Let's be fair; it's lacking a bit: response times, receiving updates on the process, and getting relevant feedback...or just getting any feedback. We have all been there, and there's a need for improvement, right?
If you think the answer is yes, good! Because we need someone who wants to help our management team reinvent recruitment and support our road to series A. We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual with outstanding academic skills to join our CEO/CFO office.

There's always more to learn when it comes to building a great business, including how to support our organization in the best possible way. So we encourage everyone in our CEO/CFO office to explore their areas of interest (whether that's commercial and financial analysis, forecasting, business planning, budgeting, top-funnel improvement, organizational improvements, funding, or anything in between!) to help our organization to grow.

Founded in 2017, Talenthub.io is a scale-up SAAS tech company with big dreams and ambitions ๐
We sell software that allows our customers to collect feedback from job seekers throughout the entire recruitment process.
Inside the Talenthub platform, customers can track and follow their performance and gain valuable insights about job seekersโ candidate experience ๐
We announced our Seed Funding round at the beginning of April, where we raised more than USD 5,000,000 to fund our growth journey. The funding round was led by Seed Capital. The next goal in our funding journey is series A.

We are a hard-working team that cares about each other, and we all want every day at the office to be a good experience. This also means good food and drinks, and social events for you as an employee. We strive to create a friendly, fun environment where everyone can have a say, contribute with ideas, and be heard.
We expect this to be a part-time role based in our Copenhagen office, so you must be willing to work 20-25 hours per week on average. However, we are of course flexible when it comes to exams, etc.
What now?
To apply for the position you only need to upload your CV and grade transcript, then you need to complete a personality profile. After doing so, we'll get back to you within 10 workdays.
We have big ambitions here at Talenthub.io and we believe that finding the perfect match for every open position is very important to reach our goals. We know that candidates on average spend around 3 hours writing a cover letter, and we also know that most recruiters have a difficult time figuring out how to value the cover letter in the recruitment process. That's not fair!
Therefore, we do something else. As mentioned before, we ask candidates to complete a personality profile assessment to see how your personality fits into the team's synergy. It takes around 10 minutes and when you have completed the profile you will receive a feedback report in your inbox.
