Who we are:

Starred.com is a fast growing tech-company, who within just a few years has become a global industry leader within ‘candidate-centric’ recruitment. The company is the result of a merger between two tech-companies (Talenthub & Starred), who have both dominated the space within ‘candidate-experience’ for the past couple of years.

Recruitment teams from big enterprises worldwide use our products and services to optimise their hiring experience and Employer brand based on valuable insights from jobseekers and hiring managers.

Through our journey, we’ve raised more than €7M and we’re proud to be backed by strong European investors (among them the Danish VC funds Seed Capital and EIFO).

But wait, let’s also tell you about our workplace!

We are a team on a mission to pioneer recruitment and make it more candidate-centric worldwide. This demands hard work, but more importantly a strong team-spirit. We care about each other, and we all want every day at the office to be a good experience. This also means good food and drinks, social events, and the right equipment for you as an employee. We strive to create a friendly, fun environment where everyone can have a say, contribute with ideas, and be heard.

We expect this to be a full-time role based in our modern Copenhagen office, located right in the middle of the city, with an amazing view towards the Marble Church. However, we offer a flexible working environment to allow you the space you need to perform at your best every day.

What now?

To apply for the position you should upload your CV and submit a relevant design portfolio. After doing so, we’ll get back to you within 10 workdays.

We have big ambitions and we believe that finding the perfect match for every open position is very important to reach our goals. We know that candidates on average spend around 3 hours writing a cover letter, and we also know that most recruiters have a difficult time figuring out how to value the cover letter in the recruitment process. That's not fair!

Therefore, we approach hiring slightly differently. If you are selected for a phone screen, we will ask you to complete a personality profile assessment and a cognitive assessment to see how your personality and skills fit into the team's synergy. The two tests take around 20 minutes to complete. When you have completed the two tests, you will receive a feedback report in your inbox for the assessment.

If you have any questions about the position, please reach out to me or our CTPO, Rune Werliin, by email at rune@starred.com.

I really look forward to hearing from you! ✨
