Mid/Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

This role is based in either our Copenhagen or Amsterdam office.

What you will be doing

• Develop our new Insights Platform modules
• Work with the product manager and product designer to make sure the solution makes a difference
• Take ownership by taking projects from an idea to a release and beyond
• Reflect on your and the teams’ work to improve future developments and processes
• Participate in shaping the future design of our codebase
• Help your colleagues improve candidate experience.

What we are looking for

Someone who is an analytical problem-solver: you dig deep to understand the root cause and work methodically to resolve them while maintaining a positive and critical mindset. You don’t mind getting your hands dirty in order to get solutions to 100% in both programming and functionality.

Let’s go through the functional requirements:

• Fluent in English, we have more than 10 nationalities in the company
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues
• Demonstrative experience as a fullstack developer, 4-5 years of experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Experience with Adonisjs/Nestjs or similar Javascript frameworks
• Experience with React/Next.js or another frontend framework

Nice to haves:

• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with one of the agile methodologies
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Docker/containerization
• Experience with Symfony or PHP
