What we do

We are a scale-up company with big dreams and ambitions 🙌 We sell a survey tool that allows our customers to collect feedback from job seekers throughout the entire recruitment process, and a Candidate Learning Center that among other things increases the candidate opportunity to perform well and improves the overall candidate experience.

Inside the talenthub platform, customers can track and follow their performance and gain valuable insights about job seekers’ candidate experience.

It is mainly Recruitment and Employer Branding departments that use our product. Recruiters use the feedback to create an extraordinary Candidate Experience, and Marketing Specialists use the insights to track and protect their Employer Brand 💚

What you will be doing 💪

In this role, you will get a lot of hands-on experience and have real influence. No bureaucracy slowing down processes in this tech scale-up! If we see an opportunity for improvement, we’ll try it out right away.

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are outgoing and like to work in collaboration with people from different backgrounds. However, you still need the motivation to delve deep into independent tasks.

What can you expect to be doing?

• Serving coff…. Just kidding! We want you to use your bright mind to bring real value to our team 🧠
• Assist our product manager(s) with various ad hoc tasks
• Creating help articles and documentation in Danish and English - this means that you will have to become an expert on our platform - don’t worry, we’ll make sure to teach you everything there is to know
• Support our UX designers and product managers in coordinating and conducting market & stakeholder research to identify needs and opportunities
• Testing new features when we are doing updates to our product
• Report errors inside the platform (we’ll teach you how to do this)
• Translate materials and documents from English to Danish and vice versa

What would make you a fit for this role?

• You are currently studying a business, communication or IT related field, preferably you are in your 4th, 5th or 6th semester
• You are able to come to our Copenhagen office once a week
• Good writing skills in Danish and English
• You should be comfortable speaking English at the office and with your colleagues as we are an international team
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel/Google sheets
• An eye for detail - by this, we mean that you are able to put together PowerPoints that look decent and presentable. Most of your materials will be shared with big international companies like Red Bull, Trustpilot, Samsung, Pandora, Volvo and many more cool brands, and therefore it needs to look good!
• Good at planning and prioritizing
