What we do
We are a scale-up company with big dreams and ambitions 🙌 We sell a survey tool that allows our customers to collect feedback from job seekers throughout the entire recruitment process, and a Candidate Learning Center that among other things increases the candidate opportunity to perform well and improves the overall candidate experience.
Inside the talenthub platform, customers can track and follow their performance and gain valuable insights about job seekers’ candidate experience.
It is mainly Recruitment and Employer Branding departments that use our product. Recruiters use the feedback to create an extraordinary Candidate Experience, and Marketing Specialists use the insights to track and protect their Employer Brand 💚
What you will be doing 💪
In this role, you will get a lot of hands-on experience and have real influence. No bureaucracy slowing down processes in this tech scale-up! If we see an opportunity for improvement, we’ll try it out right away.
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are outgoing and like to work in collaboration with people from different backgrounds. However, you still need the motivation to delve deep into independent tasks.

We know that candidates on average spend around 3 hours writing a cover letter, and we also know that most recruiters have a difficult time figuring out how to value the cover letter in the recruitment process. That's not fair!
We don't want to waste your time, so instead of asking you to write a cover letter, we invite all candidates with the required skills to an online session where they can hear more about the job. That way, you get the opportunity to tell us more about yourself, and in addition to this you get a feel of the spirit of the people behind Talenthub 💪
